Life should be enjoyed and that starts with enjoying who you are, who you were designed to be. Not to fit the mold of what a perfect man or woman should look like, but to embrace the perfect mold that is you. You are beautiful and full of potential; the more you engage and embrace it the more you'll want it. Choosing to be healthy and fit overflows into every area of your life. Self love is the best love. I hope to shine my light in a way that would inspire others to ignite theirs.
